With you it’s hard to explain exactly how I feel
But I know the feeling’s love, and I know my love’s real
And although sometimes I can’t find all the words to explain
I know with you I feel joy, and without you I feel pain
It’s you that shields me from the rain and keeps me warm when it’s cold
And no matter how long we’re together my love will never grow old
When I think of your love, many thoughts run through my mind
Sometimes I wonder how our love will be affected by time
I know we can’t always be together, and when we’re apart
We may not be connected physically, but we’re connected by heart
Sometimes I may slip, and sometimes I may stutter
But I swear, the love I feel for you, I feel for no other
And when you make a mistake, don’t feel the need to apologize
Because I know exactly how you feel when I look in your eyes
A part of being in love, is knowing how to forgive
And without you in my life I can no longer live
The first time we were together I knew you were the one for me
I can’t express how thankful I am for all that you’ve done for me
You’re not only my love, I also consider you my friend
And for you I make a promise that I’ll be here ‘til the end
You’re my one and only boo, no matter what we go through
My feelings for you won’t change and my love will stay true
If you ever feel a doubt, or you feel insecure
You can look back on this poem and know my love for you is pure
And though it may not show at times, I know that this love is deep
It’s like you’re my other half, because you make me complete
I look forward to the alter when we’re exchanging our vows
I always have I always will, and most of all, I want you now
I haven’t felt this way before you, and I won’t feel this way after
